As all RAVE ROOM products are made specifically to order, our returns process differs from traditional retailers that hold pre-printed stock.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Made-To-Order Products

Every RAVE ROOM item is created specifically for the customer who places the order.

Once an order is placed, your chosen design enters production where it is professionally prepared, printed and fulfilled specifically for you.

Because products are made individually after purchase, we are unable to resell returned made-to-order products in the same way traditional retailers may.

For this reason, certain returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong colour

  • Accidental purchases

  • Changing your mind after ordering

  • Incorrect product choices made during checkout

  • Preference-based reasons after delivery

  • Ordering the wrong item

Customers are responsible for checking sizing information before purchasing.

Sizing guidance is provided on product pages to help customers make informed choices.

We recommend comparing measurements against a favourite t-shirt, hoodie or item you already own before ordering.

Because products are printed specifically for your order, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

If you are between sizes, consider choosing the fit that best matches your preference.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

  • With a manufacturing defect

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To help us investigate quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Examples of useful photographs include:

  • Close-up images of defects

  • Packaging damage where relevant

Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Reporting Issues

We recommend reporting any problems as soon as possible after delivery.

Delays in reporting issues may affect available resolution options.

The sooner issues are reported, the easier they are to investigate and resolve.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Because orders move through fulfilment quickly, changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Once production has begun, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.

The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of assisting.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information entered during checkout is accurate.

If incorrect address information results in a returned parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before an order can be resent.

Where a return is approved, return instructions will be provided directly.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
