Whether you're heading to a warehouse rave, festival weekend, DnB event or just want something that people instantly recognise and laugh at, RaveRoom is built around the music and community we enjoy ourselves.

All RAVE ROOM products are made to order.
That means when you place an order, your item is created specifically for you. We don't pull products from shelves or keep large amounts of stock sitting in warehouses.
Once you place an order, it enters production where your design is professionally printed onto your chosen item before being packed and shipped.
Making products to order helps us:
Reduce unnecessary waste
Avoid overproduction
Continue releasing fresh designs
Offer more unique products without huge storage requirements
Each order is made specifically for the customer who bought it.

Item descripMost RaveRoom clothing is produced using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing.
DTG is a professional printing method where specialised inks are printed directly onto the fabric, allowing detailed designs, sharp artwork and vibrant colours without creating thick, heavy prints.
This printing method works especially well for detailed graphics and helps produce comfortable clothing that still feels soft and wearable.
A few things worth knowing:
Slight variations between prints can naturally occur
Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings
Freshly printed garments can occasionally have a temporary print scent when first opened — this is completely normal and disappears after washing
Because products are made individually, minor differences can happen between batches
DTG printing is designed for everyday wear, and following the recommended care instructions will help keep your design looking its best for as long as possible.tion

Currently RaveRoom only ships within the United Kingdom.
At the moment we do not offer international shipping outside the UK.
We decided to keep things simple while building RaveRoom and focus on providing reliable UK delivery before expanding further.
If international shipping becomes available in future, we'll announce it on our website and social channels.

Because every item is made to order, your order goes through two stages:
Production time:
Typically 3–5 working daysThis is the time required to professionally create, print and prepare your item.
Delivery time after dispatch:
Usually 1–4 working days within the UKMost customers receive their orders within around 4–9 working days total, although many orders arrive sooner.
Please keep in mind that delivery estimates can occasionally vary due to:
Bank holidays
Christmas periods
Festival season demand
Royal Mail or courier delays
Severe weather
High order volumes
If your order takes slightly longer than expected, it does not necessarily mean something has gone wrong.
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking details are provided when available and will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Once your order leaves production and is dispatched, you'll receive confirmation so you can follow its journey.
Please remember that tracking updates are controlled by the courier and occasionally may take time to update.

Some items occasionally complete production at different times.
Rather than delay your entire order waiting for one item, available products may be dispatched first while remaining items continue through production.
This means your order may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel.
You won't be charged additional delivery costs if this happens.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as quickly as possible.
Examples include:
Incorrect size selected
Wrong colour chosen
Wrong delivery address entered
Wanting to cancel an order
Because products move into production quickly after purchase, changes cannot always be guaranteed.
Once an item has entered production, it may already be actively being created and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of helping.

Because every RaveRoom product is custom printed specifically for you after purchase, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong colour
Changing your mind
Accidental purchases
Incorrect product choices made during checkout
Unlike large retailers holding warehouse stock, every order is created individually once purchased.
For that reason we strongly recommend checking all product details carefully before ordering.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, print defect, damage or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem
Examples include:
Misprints
Damaged products
Incorrect items received
Manufacturing faults
Major print defects
Once reviewed, we'll investigate and arrange an appropriate solution where required, including replacement or refund options where applicable.
We recommend reporting problems as soon as possible after delivery.

Once an order has progressed through fulfilment or shipping stages, changes may no longer be possible.
If an item is returned because of incorrect address information, additional delivery charges may be required before resending.
