This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, production and delivery work when purchasing from RAVE ROOM. Please read the information below before placing an order.
As all products are made to order, shipping works slightly differently compared with traditional retailers that keep large amounts of stock ready for immediate dispatch.
Order Processing
All RaveRoom products are made specifically for the customer who places the order.
Once your purchase is completed, your order enters our fulfilment process where your chosen design is professionally prepared, printed and packaged before being dispatched.
Because products are created individually after purchase, production time is required before shipping.
Typical production times are:
Production time: 3–5 working days
Production times are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on demand and seasonal factors.
Delays may occasionally occur during:
Christmas and holiday periods
Bank holidays
Festival season
High order volumes
Severe weather
Unexpected courier disruptions
We always aim to get orders moving as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated UK delivery times are:
United Kingdom: 1–4 working days
Most customers receive their order within approximately:
4–9 working days total
This estimate includes both production and shipping time.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and occasional delays can occur outside of our control.
Shipping Locations
RaveRoom currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
As RAVE ROOM grows this may change in the future.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided where available and sent to the email address used during checkout.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch, as courier systems can occasionally take time to refresh.
Multiple Parcels
Some orders may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
This can happen if items within an order complete production at different times.
Rather than delay the full order, available items may occasionally be shipped first.
If this happens, you will not be charged additional shipping costs.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.
This includes:
Delivery address
Product selection
Sizes
Colours
If you need to change information after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details during checkout.
If an incorrect address has been entered and the order has already progressed through production or dispatch stages, we may not be able to stop or redirect it.
If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery information, additional shipping costs may apply before the item can be resent.

If your order appears delayed, please first check:

Delivery address details
Occasional courier delays can happen, particularly during busy periods.
If your order appears significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and include your order number so we can investigate further.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs before opening where possible.
If an item inside arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Clear photographs of the problem
